Tickets for THE GLOW are sold with spacific arrival times for each day as the capacity of the trail is limited. Please keep in mind tickets must be purchased in advance.
There are no refunds or exchanges and THE GLOW is a rain or shine event.
Please note ticket prices are subject to change, it is best to purchase the time slot you want as early as you can!

How much are tickets?
Kids (ages 3-12) tickets are $16 and Adult tickets are $22. Please note ticket prices are subject to change, we urge you to purchase them early.
What does a VIP ticket include?
A VIP ticket allows you to come at any time slot you want within the night you select. No reservation needed - you will enter THE GLOW and Jack will make sure you get in with no reservation. Each ticket holder will ALSO receive Jack's signature jack o' lantern to take home with them! Get them while they last, a very limited amount is available for each night. A Kid VIP ticket is $40 and Adult VIP is $50.
What time should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at the time on your ticket. No need to come earlier, however you can enjoy our fall beverages and desserts or meet up with friends in our waiting area.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, all tickets will be scanned upon your arrival. We can scan your ticket via mobile phone or a printed ticket.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges for THE GLOW and the event is a rain or shine.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, please note all tickets are scanned, a ticket cannot be used more than once.

No, THE GLOW is a family friendly event great for all ages! Kids 2 and under are free and kids 3 - 12 years old have a discounted ticket price.
Will THE GLOW have food and beverages available?
Of course! We will have fall inspired hot beverages & desserts and food available for purchase.
How much is parking?
Parking is FREE!!
Can I buy my child a VIP ticket and myself a regular non-VIP ticket?
If you and your family/child want to walk together through the trail, yes.
How long is the event?
The actual walk through the trail can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
